Receiving a Damaged or Defective Product?

While we take every precaution to deliver your order safely, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to help! To process a replacement:

 1. Record an unboxing video clearly showing the damaged product.

 2. Share the video with us within 24 hours of delivery at astrodestinyy@gmail.com 

 3. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
